PAPER NAPKIN TRANSFERS

We tried this--it works--it's fun--PAPER NAPKIN TRANSFERS--and has so many applications from creating putz houses to cards to holiday tags. One thing we did add though--multiple, lightly applied quick coats of satin finish spray fixative from a respectful 12 inch distance (since the colors on paper napkins will almost always "run" IF THEY GET WET--it was just an added precaution) – click on the link – we’re sure you can come up with other uses http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9hpqpelj ...
