Yes Maria, I saw those too! Very ornate on the church there.

Woah! Those a different. If I saw the adobe by itself, I'd assume the window mullions were hand-drawn, but the church windows are definitely printed (silkscreened?). How wild.
Re: CHECK OUT THE WINDOWS ON THESE 2 EBAY PUTZ HOUSES
I have seen a very few of these pop up over the years and must assume they are old USA products of the late 20's or early 30's. The buildings are very crude and quite heavy. The windows are printed red tissue and often seem to survive. Truly one of the ugliest pieces out there. There were a number of Pre-Dolly Toy houses made in USA that I have observed. I have the "School" and some other building in this series but never really was interested in getting any more. A good buy for those who like "different". Tom

I really like the windows. I am so glad Tom gave us some history of these little buildings. They may not be very attractive, but they are certainly an interesting part of the history of putz houses. They help show the evolution of the designs. Thanks to Maria for posting. I would have missed them.
