Re: "Faux Feather Tree" made with an alternative to feathers
Howard, this looks great - and much easier than the directions for making a feather tree. I have a 4' feather tree for my antique ornament collection, but it would be great to make a smaller one for specific ornaments. Will have to watch for the supplies at Walmart next Christmas.

Howard I love this tree and as always great direction and the pictures really help. Now with your tree I have another place to put more putz houses!!

Re: "Faux Feather Tree" made with an alternative to feathers
Howard what timing I have been searching high and low for exactly this type of "branches" for months!!! I want to make some trees with the tiny candles and ornaments. I did find some vintage petite glass ornaments on ebay but D Blumchen.com has some great Czech blow glass garland beads http://www.vintage-ornaments.com/czech- ... lass-beads.
Re: "Faux Feather Tree" made with an alternative to feathers
Howard I was so excited about the branch I forget to tell you how beautiful your trees are

Re: "Faux Feather Tree" made with an alternative to feathers
Howard, this is adorable. How perfect for a small table. And thanks for the reminder. Christmas supplies should be in Walmart so I'm heading out there tomorrow. Maybe I'll get a tree made for next year.
